CEO, CRE Holdings
Daniel Levison’s commercial real estate career spans nearly four decades, with stints as a tenant and landlord representative, as well as cofounding several database and technology companies. Through CRE Holdings, Daniel has cofounded Atlanta Investment Properties, Commercial Property Professionals, CommissionTrac, and ReStart320.
AIP purchases, manages and leases office and industrial properties, CPP was a full-service brokerage company, CommissionTrac is a cloud-based system designed to automate the back-office operations of CRE brokerage companies, SharedSpace is a coworking business focused on expanding in secondary cities throughout the southeast and ReStart320 is a 501C3 charity focused on reducing homelessness in downtown Atlanta.
Daniel resides in Sandy Springs with his wife Karen. They have four children and four grand-children.
Director of Finance and Operations
As the Director of Finance and Operations, Amber is eager to support all three SharedSpace locations. Having worked as a finance manager for a variety of small businesses and startups, Amber is passionate about the impact that SharedSpace and its members have on the local community. Her commitment to supporting the SharedSpace team helps our members to grow both their business and network. Outside of her time at SharedSpace, Amber is a busy mom to three little ones who one day hope to start their own small business empire within the walls of SharedSpace. Until that day comes, she is often seen cheering on her children from the sidelines of their extracurricular activities or sitting at the kitchen table trying to understand third grade math.
Brad is the Regional Director of SharedSpace, ensuring that all new locations and staff are consistent with our brand image and company culture! Brad has been with SharedSpace since the spring of 2017, making him our longest serving SharedSpace employee to date! He began his career as a bilingual mathematics teacher for underserved and high need schools with Teach for America in Denver, CO. Additionally, he has lived and traveled abroad teaching English to adults and professionals in Santiago, Chile. Brad’s knack for language and innate approachability make him a customer satisfaction and sales force for SharedSpace!
Director of Construction
Stacie serves as the Director of Construction at SharedSpace and has invaluable experience in commercial property and construction management with over 21 years of service in the industry. Stacie helps to identify potential new SharedSpace locations and oversees the construction process to ensure that each new location is held to the highest standard of quality. Her main responsibilities within SharedSpace and core competencies include, resolving member specific office space needs, maintaining the integrity of our building’s HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and serving as a liaison between third party vendors and the General Managers of each space. In her free time, Stacie is an avid runner and competes in marathons and Ironman triathlons, most recently the Augusta Ironman this past fall. When she’s not competing or running, Stacie is a devoted dog-mom to her new pup, Tobin.
Community Sales Manager
Aaron is our Community Sales Manager for all of our SharedSpace locations, helping to drive growth and customer engagement. With a background in Commercial Real Estate and Personal Development, Aaron brings a unique perspective of real estate and hospitality to SharedSpace. He is passionate about people and relationships and strives to help members feel like they are part of a greater small business community within SharedSpace. When not at SharedSpace, Aaron spends his time with his wife going on hikes with their dog or entertaining friends with game nights, movie nights or dinners in their home.
